Last updated 24 June 2026. This notice is provided for transparency and should be read alongside our terms; it is not legal advice.
Rytplan ("we", "us") provides production-planning and industrial-engineering software for home and apparel manufacturing, including the Line Balancing tool. This notice explains how we process personal data and is issued in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and applicable CERT-In directions.
When you create an account we collect your name, work email address, company name, and an encrypted (hashed) password. When you use Line Balancing we store the operation bulletins and inputs you choose to save. We also keep technical logs (IP address, timestamps, actions) for security and to meet legal retention requirements.
We process your data to create and operate your account, provide the tool, keep it secure, and communicate service messages. Our legal basis is the consent you give at signup and, where applicable, our legitimate need to deliver and secure the service. We practise data minimisation — we ask only for what the service needs.
Your company’s data is logically isolated per company (tenant) and enforced at the database layer. No other company can access your bulletins or account data. Within your own company, members of the same company workspace share the saved bulletins.
You can access and export your data at any time from within the app, and you can permanently delete your company account and all its data (right to erasure) from the account screen. You may also withdraw consent; withdrawing consent that is necessary to operate the account may require closing the account.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Security and audit logs are retained for the period required by applicable law (including CERT-In log-retention requirements). When you delete your account, your personal and bulletin data is removed; minimal audit records may be retained where law requires.
We use access controls, per-company data isolation, encryption of credentials, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and to respond to any incident in line with CERT-In timelines.
For any privacy request or grievance, contact us at pankaj@rytplan.com. We will respond within the timelines required under applicable law.
