Fabric is booked and prices are quoted from per-garment averages, and the truth arrives at the end of the order — as surplus on a shelf or a shortage mid-lay.

Our approach
We won’t tell you what’s inside the machine room — that’s deliberate. What we will tell you is exactly what question it solves and how the answer is proven.
An order is a single mathematical question: which markers, at which size ratios, at which plies, on your table, produce these quantities with the least fabric? Markers and cut plans are chosen together. Solving them separately is how metres leak.
Table length is a hard ceiling. Grain and rotation rules, ply limits, selvedge, shrinkage, fusing-block buffers, stripe and check repeats: the physics of your cutting room goes into the mathematics, not into a disclaimer. If a constraint costs fabric, you see that cost openly.
Each style run examines hundreds of candidate ratios and plans, and each candidate is actually measured, not scored by a rule of thumb. Depth of search costs computer time, never your fabric.
Every surviving marker is geometry-checked — overlap, boundary, length, rotation, flip, handedness — and the plan’s quantities are recounted from what was actually saved. A failing marker is dropped and logged, never shipped.

Markers

Cut plans
Size ratios, plies and lays chosen with the markers — not before them. Shortage and over-cut rules are explicit inputs; the plan tells you what it produces, exactly, before anything is spread.
Your files
Patterns come in from the major CAD systems’ own formats — geometry and grading verified against the source system’s own tables. Markers go back out and re-import cleanly into their seats.
Checks & stripes
Match groups, alignment lines and per-piece matching rules for checks, stripes and plaids — the bars run straight through the seam, with no mini-marker and no nudging on the table.
Fusing
Block-fuse buffers and grouped blocks per your cutting room’s own standards — plus a dedicated fusing-department sheet derived from every marker.
Repeatability
An unchanged style re-run returns its plan in seconds, identical to the last digit. Change a constraint and it’s honestly a new question — searched fresh, never served from a stale answer.
Certification
Eight geometry checks and a quantity recount run on every save. What the cutter receives has already been audited — by software that is allowed to say no.
Consumption
Real computed consumption per style — at your width, your rules, your fabric price — before fabric is ordered or a price is quoted. One comparable number across styles, orders and seasons.
